  • Chickens have been fully reanimated with updated idle, walk, and reaction animations.
  • This overhaul is foundational and signals more animation upgrades in the near future.

[GAMEPLAY] Surf Fixes & Combat Adjustments

Aimed at refining the core mechanics, this update improves hit registration and movement fidelity, especially on surf maps.

Highlights:

  • Damage prediction improved when firing while moving.
  • Shotgun reloads no longer resume automatically if interrupted.
  • Fixed several spots where players could get stuck in geometry on surf maps.

[AUDIO] New Surf Sounds & Reload SFX Polish

The audio engine receives thoughtful enhancements that bring CS2’s immersion to the next level, especially for custom and surf maps.

What’s New:

  • Fixed bug with individual voice volume adjustments.
  • Refined reload and draw sounds for weapons, matching updated animation timings.
  • Surfing sounds now change dynamically based on movement speed:
    • Toggle with sv_surf_sounds
    • Adjust with:
      • snd_surf_volume_inair
      • snd_surf_volume_map
      • snd_surf_volume_slide
  • Ambient soundscapes improved for community map creators.

[MISC] Quality-of-Life Improvements
